Who we are

This website is operated by Orbalon ("Orbalon", "we"). We are the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@orbalon.com.

What data we collect

When you submit the contact form: your name, work email, company, selected package, industry and message. When you visit the site: technical data in server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time), kept for security purposes.

Anonymous visit statistics

To understand which pages are useful, we count page views without cookies: page address, referring site, approximate country (from your browser time zone), device type and site language. We do not store your IP address: visits are grouped with a hash that changes every day, so you cannot be recognised across days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends "Do Not Track", your visit is not counted.

Why we use it and legal basis

To answer your request and prepare a proposal (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and as long as required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider in the EU, which stores the website and form submissions on our behalf. We do not transfer your data outside the EEA unless adequate safeguards are in place.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing, by writing to hello@orbalon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the supervisory authority in your country.
