About these terms

These terms govern the use of orbalon.com and the general basis of our services. Each engagement is confirmed by a written proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

Services and prices

Package descriptions and prices on this website are indicative and exclude VAT. The binding scope, timeline and price are set out in the written proposal you accept.

Payment

Fixed projects are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of each month. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Media budgets and third-party tools are paid by the client directly.

Term and cancellation

Monthly packages have a minimum term of 3 months and then continue month to month. Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice after the minimum term.

Results

We commit to senior execution, transparent reporting and the agreed scope of work. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, so specific revenue or growth figures are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Confidentiality and IP

We treat all client information as confidential. Deliverables created specifically for you and paid in full become your property. Ad accounts, data and tracking set up for you remain yours.

Liability

Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 3 months, except where the law does not allow such limitation.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
